well,kidd since they're both fish and could possibly work, and since spongebobxsandy is already starting to pop up all over the place, i would say yes.but,i would also say that it is almost impossible because A:patrick is Mr Krabs's former employee, so he probably wouldn't allow it
B:patrick is dumb(no offense)so he probably wouldn't know what to take with him or what to do or what to say,so he probably would mess up and make pearl cry in the end and C:they wouldn't allow dating in the new version of spongebob, but they probably would have in the old version, so they don't have a shot basically.So my final answer would be no. sorry if you wanted it to happen,it just wouldn't work out
