Don't you think all the new episodes are disappointments?

I think the older ones were better simply because everything was fresh and new about the series. we all were discovering a show we enjoyed. the newer episodes are still entertaining but it is just different is all.

Yes, and no. Yes, the newer episodes are a "HUGE" dissapointment, but there's a reason why. The longer you've watched SpongeBob, the more you've noticed similarities withing old and new episodes. The newer episodes are made to join the appeal of modern society (almost). An example is how the way Patrick acts. In the older episodes he was dumb because he was dumb. Now it seems Patrick is acting dumb "on purpose".

Anyways, another reason is that most us SpongeBob fans have simply grown-up. Yes, we do noticed how the newer eps are lame, but I bet if you'd ask a younger SpongeBob fan would think the total opposite. I've been a SB fan for like 10 years now. I heard some people say the episodes are slowly getting better, but who am I to know, I haven't watched a new ep since the truth or square movie.

So, there's my answer. Agree with it or not. I need to watch some of them new SpongeBob eps.

ummm, i only thought Spongebob VS the Big one sucked. The others wernt horrilble but they wereny very good ethier! The older one r my favorites! Like Hooky and I had and accident. Classics!!!!

A lot of the new eipsodes are dubbers. They don't make Spongebob like they used to.

Totally. All the good episodes were created earlier. Face it, they ran out of ideas.

I dont think all of them are lame, but them majority of them arent so great. There just "OK" but who kin blame 'em the old ones are hard to beat and im still a fan and forever will be. Happy sailing! [:

not all of them but i do kind of agree with you the worst one ever made was the one where the travel in time back to the mideval age its so annoying and stupid
