Spider-Man Article: which actor should be more liking?

there are 2 different series of spiderman movies which have 2 different actors. 1st is Spiderman trilogy. The spiderman trilogy is a total sell out but various of the people didn't liked the role of Toby McGuire. As he seems like a total idiot in that role.I am not offending anybody but that is the truth.
2nd is The Amazing Spiderman which is recently released. Andrew Garfield is totally right for this acting job. He is handsome and has the potential to make himself a movie star legend.

Sorry Toby but you are just not the one the fans are looking.

Bond_Of_Fury So, you say that Andrew Garfield plays a better Peter Parker because he looks better? Tsk. Andrew Garfield did a good job of playing the role (frankly, I was even surprised he played the role that good), but he was nowhere near as good as Tobey Maguire. At the first day of shooting the first Spider-Man movie, everyone thought of Tobey to be a total miscast, but he surprised everyone on the set. Honestly, there could have been no better at Peter Parker at the time than Tobey Maguire. Don't get me wrong, I liked Andrew Garfield as Tobey Maguire, but all he did was a decent job. Not quite as good as Tobey Maguire.

DR76 How can I put this? I don't agree with you. Both Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield gave excellent performances as Peter Parker aka Spider-Man. However, I'm a little more inclined toward Maguire because he portrayed the role a little more closer to the original comic book character, whereas Garfield has a tendency to inject a bit of young Marlon Brando . . . which is almost off putting. Almost. One more thing . . . ["Sorry Toby but you are just not the one the fans are looking."] Do you actually call yourself speaking on behalf of all Spidey fans?
