Here's the deal. Herbert Garrison had a sex change. He became Mrs. Garrison (although he never married). Then he had another sex change.

Currently, he is male. In total, he has had two sex changes.

Mr. Garrison was a straight dude. He turned into a chick because he wanted all the attention.

He was born a man, and then got a sex change to become a woman, and now he's a man again. So as of right now, he's Mr. Garrison! Not Mrs. Garrison :)
