look at the picture below. now i have a question. it shouldn't be that hard to answer.

okay so Julie-Su the Echidna (the girl in the picture below) has cybornetics. like robotic attachments. she has them in her hair and on her arms. would that make her kinda a cyborg like Bunnie?
I think Julie-Su counts as a cyborg on account on what i found on the Mobius Encyclopaedia:
In tradition with her family history of joining the Dark Legion, some parts of her body have been replaced with cybernetic implants. These implants include her left arm, giving her greater physical strength. Her left front most dreadlock has also been replaced, and can be used as a transmission antenna, communications device and for hacking. Julie-Su has also been trained in various forms of martial arts by Knuckles and while nowhere near as strong as him, she has proven herself as an formidable fighter.
