His name is skull the hedghog he has powers that involve his skelliton he has skull tatoos all over his body and he was involved with the nazi crap. He was put in a pod and experimented on by hitler.
His moves
1. bone blast he streaches out his hand and shoots bones from his palm
2. skelatal slash his hand turns into a sword
3. disguise no comment
4. skull savior his soul goes to his skelliton when he dies giving him another chance
