So after the events of Origin Unmade 2 there were changes, shifts, in the universes and characters. Today we have Vlasek. I’ll be going over his backstory, personality, relationships, and abilities.


BACKSTORY
Years ago in “Owls Town”, named for its obvious inhabitants, lived a male fox at the age of 29 named “Turon”. Turon was one of many strong men who supported the village until the monster known as “Slender” began to appear again. People were vanishing during travels to different areas every day and Turon was the main person calling for everyone to hunt down the monster.

Before a hunt could be performed however a man walked in to their village sick. He was taken into the main hospital before exploding into slender-venom, infecting the village’s inhabitants. Turon escaped with the help of two others who he partnered with to stop the monster.

One adventure later it was discovered that Slender was not the main culprit for the events, and once the actual culprit was defeated things seemed peaceful for the time-being. Sadly though, Turon’s family was later killed by Slender for reasons unknown. All that the monster has said about the subject is “cores”, suggesting that she was simply killing them to devour their core energy.

Seeking revenge, Turon went after Slender, but was obviously defeated. She attempted to turn Turon into a Slender-Infected minion, but he resisted for a long time. Unfortunately this caused his own core to merge with the slender-venom. His body collapsed atop a previous Slender-victim, a male owl. The two bodies melted together by means of the slender-venom, creating a new entity.

This creature was seen attacking and eating wildlife for many weeks until making one Milen Banshee, Sissy, it’s main target. Thinking that her mind abilities, if absorbed, could cure his mind, the creature attempted to devour her in its feral state.

The creature, now calling himself “Vlasek”, a word meaning “Warped Fated Warrior” was delayed by one Kyle Waktini long enough for a chameleon girl named Leah to find them. Leah being an expert on Slender-Venom was able to create a core-substance which gave Vlasek back his focus.

With his mind partially restored, Vlasek spent months in solitude, horrified by his new self. He eventually was able to keep a straight-enough mental focus so that he could speak with others again, though in very botched English.

Currently Vlasek is a sort of protector of Owls Town.


PERSONALITY
Vlasek is incredibly temperamental but not always to a violent degree. He often is frustrated by people’s inability to understand his speech, and ends up yelling quite often. He is also increasingly protective and guilt-ridden towards anyone he considers innocent or ally.

He is also constantly afraid of being near too many people, as while he has controlled it, he still has Core-Lust, and is always being tempted towards it. He is pro-active, and often wanting to take a direct approach to any situation. He cares not for the politics of a situation, and instead wants to focus on simply acting on what he thinks will save the most lives.

At his best, Vlasek has been known to make jokes from time to time, though many of them crude or dark-humored. He reacts very badly towards betrayal, but is willing to be compassionate about such things due to his own experiences.



RELATIONSHIPS

Vlasek’s family when Turon composed of a Wife and three daughters. He had a very broken relationship with them as his wife disapproved of his constant need to go after every problem he saw. They also had issues due to his wife assuming Turon and Leah were having an affair, despite Turon and Leah’s complete denial of it. He cared deeply for his daughters and his wife, and always did his best to make sure his temper was settled around them as he always feared that their last conversation would end with him saying something he’d regret.

Unfortunately his family had left him to move to a different village right before being attacked by Slender. Two of his daughters were found dead with their mother. His third daughter has yet to be found.


Of friends, Vlasek cares very deeply for both Leah and Kyle Waktini, and considers them both friends. He is often ashamed to be near them, not being who he once was, but enjoys their company regardless. His relationship with Leah began back during the Slender-Crossing attacks, and once it was over they became close friends. It was a very brother-sister/father-daughter sort of situation, but unfortunately Turon’s family did not think the same way.

This led to many complications between Turon and Leah, with Leah leaving the village not too long before Turon’s family did. They would not meet again until months later when he had become Vlasek.

Vlasek’s relationship with Kyle is not as complex, but he considers Kyle a very noble young man. He is often discouraged by Kyle’s nervousness in the face of danger but does his best not to say so. He has gratitude for the hedgehog for helping with Slender, and greatly enjoys seeing Kyle whenever possible.

The only other friend-like person Vlasek considers would be Sissy, though he avoids being near her whenever, still guilt-ridden with their previous encounters. Sissy has shown fear of Vlasek but has noted that she did forgive him and understands the context of what happened. Still though, the owl has yet to forgive himself.


Vlasek’s main enemy is obviously Slender, as he vows to one day devour her and destroy all traces of the monster and her venom. He is also enemies with Mevrik the Mighty, a king who is prejudice against mobians, and had caused wars in the past of which Turon was part of. He especially hates Mevrik AND Slender for murdering the Mobian Rule, Queen Selen.

The only other enemies Vlasek has would be the Hellerveins, hybrid vampires that caused a great deal of havoc for him, Kyle, and Leah. At times he holds grudges against Rynk for being the main cause of the Hellerveins, but he does not blame Kyle for his part, and with the third party being Blood Prowler, Vlasek does not have anger towards Blood but he does have uneasiness with him.


Currently Vlasek has no romances nor does he plan to. He repeatedly has vowed loyalty to his family and no other in terms of love, and visits their graves often.



ABILITIES
As a slender infected, Vlasek is able to create his own Slender Venom, and gain energy from the cores of others. This also allows him to adapt to any material or energy regardless of what it is. However this is not permanent as over time of not being exposed to something he will lose his immunity to it and will have to re-adapt to it.

The only mortal part of Vlasek is his organic body parts, as his consciousness is inside both that and his slender-venom. His slender-venom is not destroyable to anyone’s knowledge.

Also because of his abilities he can absorb nutrients and energy from others, and regenerate his body, reforming it, or mutating it to forms he wants. And as the only known conscious Slender-Infected, Vlasek is immune to mind-control or core-manipulation.
