I have a comforter and a blanket on my bed. I prefer comforter

I sleep under a sheet and up to 4 blankets depending on the time of year. Two of which date back to the 1940s so are considered very old one even has what the british call the Utility mark on it what this means is it was made during world war two when things like blankets were rashioned so its very old but also very warm.

I dont feel safe unless im under the covers so even when its a warm summers day i have to be under them

Covers are good, blankets only for the cold weather unless company comes to sleep. During summer I only sleep with a sheet or nothing at all covered underneath in my bed. I can do well without blankets but only when it's not cold.
