I think I'm hi, but I'm not sure.?

Well, I believe at such a young age, it is natural to feel uncertain about your sexual orientation. It's still in the process of evolving, so it's not a problem if you don't know what do you identify yourself with. There's no need to rush, these things usually work themselves out. But if you do find both boys AND girls equally attractive, then yeah, then I'd say you do have bisexual tendencies indeed. But I'm not an expert, this is just my own personal opinion.
