How did you feel after reading "The Prince's Tale" in Deathly Hallows

I absolutely cried my eyes out! I was so touched by the part where Dumbledore asks him if he actually cared for Harry, and he revealed that after all this time, he did, because he loved Lily. And the Patronus! My god. It was so sad!
I was so thankful that Harry got to him and that he managed to see his memories. I thanked the Lord when I found that Harry cleared Sev's name after the series. It was such a relief! Imagine having to do all that, be a double agent, hide your loyalties, have the blame for KILLING DUMBLEDORE, and be thought of as a Death Eater? Horrendous.

It was bitter sweet for me. Of course, I was in tears that Sev had been killed, and about the memories themselves. But I was glad that everyone now knew the truth about him.

I was also glad to be proven right in my assumption that he loved Lily ;)

Well, I cried. I felt even more sympathy for Severus. And I finally found out that he was true to the end. And it was a little shocking that he was in love with Lily, but not completely. It was a bittersweet moment and you couldnt help but feel for him and know why it was so hard to look at Harry the son of his lover and enemy all those years. He died a true hero in my book. Poor guy had to play a double agent and hide his feelings his whole life. RIP Snape- you're forever loved.

the book really got me!ithink lily really did like him...i think lily would be horrified if she saw how harry treated sev.

I was surprised he was in love with Lily, but after reading the memories, it made so much more sense. I think she did understand it, but with the whole dark arts 'obsession' and hanging out with death eaters, she became confused and hurt.

i felt so sad because i had hated him for killing dumbldore and now i like totally love him! why couldnt he marry lily? ;(
