Yup, that's what I'm asking, what YOU want it to be, not what you THINK it will be. Maybe we could say our reasons for choosing and what we would expect of the episode... I'll go first, I said: "My Story" because of the his/her/their stories so I thought it would be good to continue that pattern. I think the episode would be entirely focused round JD and will follow him for the whole episode.

Now that I've looked through all the great titles I really can't make up my mind.

Some of my favorites are:

-My Wedding

I really like the idea of JD getting married at the end of the show.

-My Happy Ending

A little cliche but still, same reason as above

-My Final Dance

Kinda gives the image of a Broadway musical, also funny because of the many dance scenes throughout Scrubs

-My Hug / My Mentor

Makes me laugh at the thought of JD and Dr Cox hugging





Enough with my gibberish, over to my fellow dudes and dudettes

It should be called my sacred heart! Just because it should be...

I forgot to say this:
I think at the end of season 7, Jd shoould die from a crash on "Sasha". Turk is distraught and everyone is crying, while Dr. Cox refuses to talk, but you can see he's listening to everyone and thinking about it. It doesn't show JD's death, just little flashes of him going through puddles and stuff. It turns out at the end, that JD was schizophrenic, and the voice he heard in his head all those years was him going crazy. It turns out that all the tings that we had seen about doctors and hospitals is not true, and tat he was actually a mental patient at Sacred Heart. At the end, it shows a full clip of his death, and the voice in his head told him to drive into the bus, and he couldn't fight it. Dr. Cox is the one who eventually figures it out as he was JD's doctor for 6 years.

...Now that's disturbing, and that's coming from me!

i liked the my story and our story ones

also, my happy ending and my final dance

i guess we'll have to wait and see!!

I like My Happy Ending, but I also added My Journey's End. It's the end of an era, and maybe JD's journey he's been on from the start is over and he gets everything he wanted. The journey's over now he's a good doctor and (I hope) is with Elliot, and he doesn't need to narrate his life anymore.

I'm not usually this cheesy, but it's cute. ^^

I chose My Scared Heart, because the all the other titles are too final, and I'd like to think that after the show goes off the air, JD would be still be chasing that elusive Dr. Cox hug, Turk and Carla will still be watching "Stanford and Son" together and Jordan will be giving that stick, Elliot advice on how to get what she wants out of men...

i agree my sacred heart (possibly my hug or my wedding) tushtush i like that kind of ending but not mental patient or not jd dieing it shud be dr cox

scrubs should end with dr cox sick, JD treating him, curing him, finally getting his approval but Dr cox then dying

nothing like my mentors death that gives anything huge away, i think it will have surprises

I am aboutsolutly horfiide by that weird 1 bout jd dying. I think he should end up with elloit.... defently. Our story is good cose it somes up every one. I dont think dr cox should die... i want jd to not need him annd he respects jd... or jokeboy24's ending... nothing 2 final!

My Happy Ending sounds so great

Aghhhhhh!!!! Who put "My mentor's Death"??? That is soooo stupid!! First, if Dr. Cox is cured, how does he die? He's in great shape. And if anyone should die, it should be Dr. Kelso, he is busy being meaner than usual, then everyone hates him more. Then, he gets a stroke from having so much fun at being mean. Or, his new dog dies.

Calling it my story will round things up and really let us know that it's over with. Although I hope there is no last episode. I want this show to last as long as the simpsons. That would be awesome!
