Is that just in Australia then? Either that or I seriously need to re-learn a bit of US law, LOL

Either way, dumb law in my opinion :P People should legally be allowed to hit whoever they want! Depending on the circumstances and how hard though, they could get in trouble.....just not have it illegal.

It is illegal for whatever gender. It's assault. If the person hits back it's domestic abuse. (Might just be in the UK though?)
