i never liked Hoffman he was the real killer not John. Just pure evil & a jerk! I hope he suffers a long time in that bathroom after what he did to Jill & all of the other people he killed.

You took the words right out of my mouth. He was defiling John's good name, it was hard to watch. But he got what was coming to him, thankfully.

Sure Hoffman was a little evil, but that proves that there is only one Jigsaw.

The only time i ever had pathos for him was when his sister was killed (It tears me up inside every time i watch that scene) But after everything he did, those feelings pretty much dried up.

Because he didn't want to be caught, he got used to how the Jigsaw system worked and because he was a sociopath, he rigged it and twisted it to his liking. Which I think is what made him fascinating.

Why bother being John's assistant if your going to go against everything he believes in? Yeah I thought he was kind of a douche :P

I agree with jlhfan624, 1122ridr and cof59 ! He is the best character of the entire movie ! Without him their wouldn't be action ! Hoffman is the only reason why I watched all the movie (Well from 4 to 7). Jill was a bitch just like Gordon is a douche bag ! Long live to my Hoffman ! :)

Hoffman's nothing but a murderer. He is useless to John's cause, only killing people. I didn't like Jill or Gordon, but Hoffman was definatly the worst out of any of them.
