Sam Evans is amazing. And not only for his yummylicious abs (although I', certainly not complaining about that aspect,) but because he's a GENUINELY good person.
Now I agree that what Sam did with Mercedes was wrong, and that perhaps Sam in Season 2 was better than Sam currently is in Season 3, but everyone makes mistakes.
Now, the moment I started liking him was Duets (not to say I didn't like him in the first episode, but I hadn't really gotten to notice him yet, and, believe it or not, I only noticed his insane hotness factor in Duets.)
