I honestly can't believe that you are now twenty. time is flying by so fast. I remember when you were eighteen and we were just getting to know each other. even from the very beginning I thought you were amazing and it didn't take long for me to love you and become close friends with you. it's close to two years now that we have been friends and I still haven't gotten over the fact that someone as amazing as you could come into my life and want to stay. every day with you is a blessing and I will never take that for granted. we've helped each other through tough times and helped each other get out of dark places and we will continue to do so forever. I know that we will always be here to help each other because we are a team and we always will be.
I've had a lot of people come into my life and leave, but never you. you are one of the only people in my life that I know I can always count on. I've lost more people and I can count, but I know that you will always be a constant in my life and it makes things so much better. I don't really have much in life, but I have you and it makes me a much happier person than I would be.
I could ramble on for days but I'm sure that would get boring but honestly, you are beautiful and I never want you to forget that. you have brought light into a life that is filled with darkness and I owe you for it.
I know that one day, we are going to meet and I'm going to shower you in presents and make your birthday absolutely amazing. it makes me sad that we can't hang out and talk in person but we will one day and that's something we can look forward to.
