Roxas seems a lot more like Ventus to me, his personality anyway, always caring about his friends and worrying, not about himself, but about them solely. He gets really pissy when you threaten them, almost every single time Saix says something about Xion he blows up.
Sora doesn't really care until the very end, he's more worried about beating up the 'Bad Guys'.
