Rough Collies are very friendly, protective, and loyal dogs. They are very smart, easy to train, and eager to please. If you have an apartment, this is probably not the right dog for you. You don't have to live on a farm to own a Rough Collie. You just have to give it plenty of space. Here is my buddy, Peanut Butter.
They are friendly, smart, sweet dogs. But if you are thinking about getting one, in my opinion it's better to have a yard for the dog to run and play. Collies are really devoted to their families, they are also good with small kids. You can leave these dogs alone for about five or four hours when they are adults but when they are puppies, well, only while they sleeping - puppies can get scared and nervous, start barking and I don't think your neighbors would like that...And if you like sports like running and swimming perhaps you could take your dog with you.
Hope I helped!
Smart, moody, stubborn, child-protective, man loving, noisy, vocaly descriptive (almost like real talk), aware of their good looks, afraid of thunder roar, suspicious against strangers. In average females have nicer temperament. if you want, buy female dog.
