Emmett's POV

I felt pain when I laid on the ground. The ground was cold and I could feel blood slip down my face. Damn. Blood in front of vampires wasn't a good sign. I wanted to stood up but my whole body was in pain. Waking up from a transformation from vampire to human wasn't amusing. I felt my heart pounding against my chest from terror. I felt a little bit dizzy. I heard faint sounds and voices. I almost got unconscious when a voice sneered through me. A beautiful voice.

'FORGIVE ME, EMMETT!' my Angel sobbed and screamed at the same time. I wanted to reply but I couldn't....

I looked with shock at Emmett. His smell was in one word delicious. I looked shocked at Jasper and Alice who were walking back. The smell was too good for them. But for me it was incredible, amazing. Like it called me to drink it. I could almost taste the blood on my tongue. I licked with my tongue down my lip. I wanted that blood so badly. Suddenly I remembered the day when I saw Emmett for the first time. I still couldn't understand how I could run miles with him in my arm, blood covering his body.

'Alice, take Jasper downstairs,' Carlisle ordered immediately.

Jasper glared deathly at Carlisle....

Emmett's POV

After the "accident" Alice went with Carlisle and Esme to his offish. I really started to get worried about her because she never acted like that. Sure, Alice and Jasper sometimes did fight, but not like that.

Edward took Jasper on a hunt. I offered to go with them but Edward said it's better if he does it alone. He thougt that I would get confused if he talked with Jasper while using his gift.

Bella took Renesmee to their cottage and Jacob was there too. I guess Bella was explaining what happened and that kind of stuff.

Everyone rushed upstairs to see Alice screaming at Jasper and trying to bite him. Carlisle was holding Alice back but it took him a lot force. Since I'm the strongest vampire I decided to help him and I pinned her on the ground.

I sighed happily when me and my brothers where outside. We were finally free. Free from the volturi, free from Jane and her awful gift. Soon I would be home, soon I would have Rosalie in my arms again. Everything was going to be all right. We would live forever and we would be more happy than ever. 'Emmett, bro, calm down!' I heard Edward trying to calm me. I fell waves of calmness and I shot a death glare at Jasper before I glared at Demetri. Who rubbed with a painful face at the new scar on his right shoulder. Yes, I totally lost my control, and it fell good. I lunged towards Demetri and bit him. I didn't care where as long as I hurt him. Everyone pushed me back and tried to calm me down.

We headed in an half hour the airport. Jasper and Edward talked low to each other about what we were going to do and say. I didn't pay attention. I thought about Rose. My Rose. How I hurt her and how she looked after I sad those stupid things to her. All because of the stupid volturi. I wished I never said those things to her, I wished I just said the truth. Everything better than this.

'Emmett, this isn't making things better,' Edward said harshly to me.

Don't understand me wrong, I loved Esme and Carlisle, but I was a bitter person. After Carlisle changed me two years ago. They were so patient with me, and I was thankful with that. I just wished I could be human again, I wished to be normal.
I looked in the mirror, at the beautiful woman. I was beautiful, but it was my beauty what made me a monster. I was vain, selfish and bitter. It was my beauty's fault that I was this.
