A Pirate's Love by Johanna Lindsey. The "hero" actually rapes the heroine (and never apologizes for it but tells her over and over how much she wanted it) and Lindsey expects you to be happy when the two of them end up together! Maybe I'm nuts, but to me, reading about a woman falling in love with her rapist is not romantic!

I like Nora Roberts, I honestly do, but this past vacation I read a trilogy of her books that I thought were awful! Blood Brothers, The Hollow and Pagan Stone. They were paranormal romantic suspense books and they were so bad. It had 3 couples throughout the series, (who were basically getting together during this horrible paranormal ordeal) and she had so much corny sex in it over and over, I was like "not this again with another couple"! And the ending was so lame too! I was disgusted. Glad I didn't pay much for these books since I got them at a library sale.
