Wher is Captain America's shield in the 1ST Iron Man movie? Please help!

Hey Captain America's shield can be seen in Iron Man 1 at around 01:21:50 on a table behind tony whilst he's having his suit removed, you see it under his arm to the left of the screen. Captain America's shield also appears in Iron Man 2 at around 01:21:30 and is being dug out a box by a S.H.I.E.L.D agent. Hope this helped =)
