"So what are you guys up to now?" Claire asked as we walked in our small group to the Ammuntion Shop called 'The ammunation'.
"We're all gathering weapons and tools at The Ammunation." I answered.
"I'm Claire Redfeild. Nice too meet you." See extended her hand and she smiled a bit.
All I did was look at her like she obviously hasn't been forgiven yet. I mean I didn't want to be mean at look at her like she was dumb but I kind of didn't fully trust her. I obviously thought that if she was a friend of Leon's friends, then must be screwed up in the head. Nickole is sometimes paranoid about various things, but now we were left for dead. Just imagine what type of crazy stunt she might do now. When our brother died, It started with her arguing with me for minor accidents, then it went to blaming Ma for it. Then What it led to, is she started cutting and she ran away and lived with her godmother. SHe pretty much did screw my mom over on the due to a arguement they had when I was thirteen. I could say I was disappointed, I did start to worry. She graduted Highschool about a couple of years later, so she moved out but never went to college. But It's been her dream since our parent split up. She's still saving up for it, but she's starting to give up on it, but I'd atleast want her to be alive to do so. So I'm not letting Claire getting in the way of our chances.
"I'm Katherine. Katherine Herison." I said as I reached for her hand.
"Is she your sister?" She asked."You two look alike."
"Yes. We're three years apart." I answered.
Then Claire paused. She turned pale and her finger raised and pointed down an alley. She covered her mouth and she started to shake a little. Leon and Nickole walked up and they stopped too. Nickole put her hands on her forehead then brushed her bangs back, and tears started to well up in her eyes. Leon had a blank expression on his face. Then he rubbed the back of his head and inched his hand down to his chin.
"What?" I asked. I turned around and looked down the alley. The sight was gory, horrifying, and it was too painful to see. It was my boss drenched in blood, with a large majority of his torso missing. And his blood and guts was splattered all over the walls. There was three zombies eating the left over flesh from his body. They were dipping blood from their mouths, there eyes had an endless blank stare. My boss and I may have been through our ups and downs, but I do get used to him at times. He was like a friend to me. That peice of work right there, wasn't done by any infectee. It was murder, and that person wanted some revenge if he wanted to wreck my boss that badly. I was angry yet sad at the same time. My fist balled up, and tears started to well up in my eyes. I felt even more miserable than his last few moments of his life.
"Katherine I...I" Leon started to speak in a gentle voice.
"Just shut up!" I snapped.
"We all just need to talk about this." Claire thought out loud holding my hand. "Katherine pleaase just..."
"What is there to ffrickin talk about?! Leave me alone!" I yelled. I walked away to the trash can at the corner of the sidewalk and trew up. It felt as if I was getting ready to throw up my heart. I could feel Nickole's arms wrap around me and her long dark hair run down my neck as she tried to comfort me. But now nothing could keep me from wanting to kill.
