He's a 4th grader, so he's likely to be 8 or 9, just like the rest. As for his personality, he's a fast-talking, friendly kid who's eager to get you what you want for the right price. Of course he's also a bit shady, as he deals in the underground market, but he's trustworthy. Not easy to make friends with, either, as he likes to keep up business front for protection.
