I have just been contacted by a friend to see if I was OK and I didn't know.I am so shocked I don't really know what to say. I thought Ashoka may lead to some bigger parts,he has always been underused and undervalued.He was a brilliant actor and lovely man.Love and prayers to his family.
I first saw him in Rome as Titus Pullo,for most of his fans their favorite character,and his.That show was so full of brilliant actors , but he made Pullo his own, and he was outstanding.He was often cast in action parts ,due to his height and stature,but his acting was intelligent and subtle,even in ThePunisher-Warzone...

This the review of a devout ray . Stevenson fan so is going to be biased ,but we all have preferences so here goes. This film delivers the all out boys with toys extravaganza it promised to be.It is more entertaining than the first one, and is more coherent but the story in this film was never going to be the star.If you ever played with gi joe toys,eagle eyed action man,or your Barbie turned out to be the kick s as variety you will revel in this film.There are more guns,tanks,explosions and sword and hand to hand combat you can shake a firefly bomb loaded stick at. FINALLY Mr Stevenson takes his place in the star wars verse and he's got a light saber,and it's orange!!!
Release date is August 2023 and he's there in all his evil glory as Baylan Skoll ,fighting Rosario Fawson as title role Ashoka, in the newly released trailer. He can even do the squashy throaty death grip so beloved of Mr Vader.Hes got an apprentice (with matching light saber) called Shin Hat.Everyones guessing they will be allies to Admiral Thrawn ,who is looking to take over well everything, but there's not much to go on,and a lot of guesswork going on.All I know is your favourite and mine,is going to be wonderful,can't wait
