Nop. Although in one chain supermarket in New Zealand, they've just implemented by law you need to have an ID card to prove you are 16 to buy an energy drink. Which is... Interesting? I don't think kids should be drinking the stuff anyway so I'm not entirely against that law tbh.

I am very anti-banning of all things not illegal. I am however, very PRO personal responsibility and parents looking out for their children.

My brother drinks monster just about everyday so it's completely ok. Though I've never had it before. The other two drinks, I've never heard of. But however, if those drinks were exactly like the speed drug, like that 1 hour drink or whatever it's called, then yea that would've been a whole 'nother story.

I don't drink energy drinks at all, so this doesn't impact me in any way, but I know how damaging they can be. That's why I like that in our country you gotta be 18 or older to purchase them, but I don't think banning them completely would be the right thing to do. As people above have already mentioned, you can look at them just as many other things that are damaging, but anyone legal age can buy the stuff.

That's a hard no because there are a lot of people who need stuff like that to get them up in the morning, not to mention to help them get through 10-12 hour shifts at work. It would almost be like banning coffee.
