Speaking as someone who grew up wanting to be a merman, this film was a MAJOR thing for me. I loved seeing merpeople actually revolve around a male character and not just a female character. Plus, this was my first introduction to the merpeople mythology where merpeople can have legs if they stay dry, which I thought was really interesting. I also love Smart House. Under Wraps is good too.
