I think that Steven Universe is overrated.People act like its the best cartoon that was ever created even though there is absolutely nothing special about the plot or characters.

Actually, I really like HP but it really ISN'T that great, the main trio isn't that intersting and well-developed

I also don't think JK Rowling is the genius everyone make her out to be.

It was either this, or Marvel movies or Steven Universe. I find Superhero movies so boring and borderline ridiculous, i don't understand how they make so much money. And for SU I agree with Silent Force

Well, I'm a massive Steven Universe fan, but the first season wasn't amazing. Just watch a few select episodes then skip to episode 49, watch 49 and 50 and you're set for season 1.

As for Game of Thrones...eh. I'm not a fan of this or F.R.I.E.N.D.S. but I just chose it I like it slightly less.

I never understand why people say a show/movie doesnt deserve its success. If something got popular and a ton of people are watching it. That means it deserves its success. It just might not be for you if you happen to dislike said thing.

Eh, I kind of agree with Blind for the most part. I do think there's some things that get popular for the wrong reasons, however. But I don't think that sort of thing is objective, and my subjective opinion is just one subjective opinion out of a sea of billions.

Don't really think anything listed falls into that category though. I picked Titanic because it's the one in this list that I subjectively enjoy the least out of what I've seen on this list and I think sappy romantic type movies get a little too popular too easily overall.

I like Game of Thrones though but I can see why someone would pick it for this since the show is so popular. Not actually seen the show though.... just read the books.

It seems like everyone hates it, so that's why I picked it. But yeah, Steven Universe is NOT the best show in the world, either.

I watched Steven Universe; it's alright. I don't hate it. But to be frank I kind of think it's only popular because of the sjws.

They all deserve their success. Who tf are you to say hundreds of peoples hard work and effort deserves no success while you sit on the couch tbh.

I can't stand Friends or Titanic, and while I love Harry Potter to some degree I still think it's a bit overrated.

But It's not for me to say they don't deserve success, a lot of people love it, and people deserve to love their favorite shows!

this and star wars - they're both so basic in terms of storytelling and characterization, and the acting is overblown and cheesy.

(almost went with star wars because of how incredulous people get when you tell them it doesn't do anything for you - like, calm down nerds, it's not friggin citizen kane)

Oh goodness all of them! XD but I do like Star Wars and Game of Thrones-ASOIAF . I appreciate at least the care to politics that ASOIAF gives to the setting, since other fantasía series take it for granted

But Marvel? Yes, it needs to be put down a peg. It's the same movie done over a million times, and it's not even progressive in themes unlike the other shows could be. (we have to give credit where it's due, despite SU having a boring storyline, annoying characters and ripping off anime, the fact that they show homosexual characters without them being tokens and the like is good).

Never saw Titanic and not interested in doing so
