The character Rose from The Golden Girls comes from a place called St. Olaf where they've actually given farm animals the right to vote. The other one was from Reba where the character Barbra-Jean actually goes to the Zoo to read to the chimpanzee's! Both are insane but what morons give farm animals the right to vote?
