To me, I think it's weird. I don't think I could ever be friends with a teenager. But if you're not a pedophile or someone that will get them into trouble than I guess it's okay. But it also has to be okay with the teen's parents cause parents can and will be concerend if an adult over the age of 18 is hanging out with their child.

I'm friends with people who are 20, 21, 23, 12, 18, all over the age spectrum, and I'm 15 myself.

I'm 19 and I have friends of all ages. Friendship is always acceptable.

Being friends with someone no matter what the age is OK - it is when you are "FRIENDS" that it is not OK.

I know that when I was a kid, I always liked to hear adults say they were impressed with something about me. I don't think there's anything wrong with it. (Besides that, I'm an adult, and half of Fanpop is teenagers, but I'm still here.)
