Yes. It's more common for me to fall up the stairs then down. I did at school the other day and my friend was laughing so hard that she literally fell to the ground laughing.... Luckily we left class early.

Unfortunately I have. In fact I remember one specific time when me and my family were on vacation in Florida and we had went to St. Augustine's lighthouse. Well as me, my sister and my mom climbed the stairs we made it to about the 5th flight and my foot slipped. I caught myself as I fell thank God or else I might have either fell down all those flights or would have fallen between the stairs then down the rest of the flights of stairs.
