En cuanto a la derrota de Roger Federer, para mí el suizo era el favorito contra Soderling. Pero Robin jugó increíble. Está al 100%, y todas las bolas le iban muy cerca de las líneas. Es muy difícil ganarle cuando juega así. Lo importante es estar en la final, con quienquiera que sea. No pienso en términos de venganza o revancha contra Soderling. Si piensas así, tu cabeza no está al 100% tranquila para pensar en lo que tienes que hacer. ¿A quién prefería? Yo sólo pienso en mi parte del cuadro. Quiero jugar ese partido, porque significará que estoy en la final, no importa quién sea el oponente. Ahora estoy en semifinales, lo cuál es una gran noticia. Aún falta muchísimo trabajo para estar en la final, y batir a un rival muy difícil.
En cuanto a Melzer, está jugando increíble. Hoy le he visto jugando muy agresivo, sirviendo muy bien. Así que será muy difícil. Si está en semifinales es porque es el mejor de su parte del cuadro.
Siempre hay que cambiar un poco la táctica y el juego cuando se compite contra un zurdo, pero ya es el tercero en el torneo. No es un problema para mí”
