Each one of them are special and a source of inspiration... but to me, mostly Freddie.
He was not only a genius musician but also a hero. He was so brave and yes.. when I have to face difficult moments in life.. Freddie's one of my biggest inspirations. Like his musical genius, his courage and bravery are a huge source of inspiration for so many. Also his modesty and honesty as a person, as a human being because great people are always humble.
Through his music I laugh, I cry, I smile, I have a lot of fun.. and he's always there... you know, like a friend.
Freddie made (and still makes from above) everyone feel that he's a friend. That rare friend that all of us need.

I almost cried from reading that. I know exactly what you mean, It's the same with me and Brian May (Though Freddie was an inspiration to me as well, of course), Brian's the reason I haven't faied school or been kept back another year (having been kept back in year 5. I'm in year 9 now). I've learnt from his wisdom, and he's explained SO many things in interviews that no one else has been able to explain to me as clearly to me as he does.

Ohh.. it happened to you too!! :) I'm happy that Brian inspired and helped you so much. indeed he's a special person. See, sometimes we find a friend in someone that we don't know personally.. but this someone is able to explain things and from which we understand so many things.. like nobody else..

Wow, they all inspire me so much! Not only as musicains, but as people too. Roger is incredibly outgoing and funny, Brian is so caring and modest, John is so shy and sweet. But the one who inspires me the most is Freddie.
Freddie is just, as Brian once put it, one of a kind. He had the most beautiful, magnificent voice ever heard! He's strong, brave, talented, charming, smart, stubborn, humble. He had the most incredible sense of fashion! Flamboyant clothing, leather, feathers, leotards all sorts of colors the went beautifully together! He is the only person I know who can actually pull off leotards, and still be respected and amazing! He wrote such marvelous songs! Composures, actually. Bohemian Rhapsody, Seven Seas Of Rhye, and Somebody To Love, just to name a few! He could write songs that are virtually a fairy-tale (Fairy Fellers Master-Stroke, Ogre Battle), some heavy-metal sorts, (Death On Two Legs, Princes Of The Universe) and then such intimate ones, (Bo Rhap, Nevermore, In My Defense). I couldn't write something half as good as that. Actually, I do write songs, and some of mine are inspired by him.
He had a great personality too. He loved to have fun, and I heard he was incredibly caring.
Some of my personality and mannerisms are based on him! I like to say 'dears' and 'lovies' and my dance style is sort of like his. In a way, he's a friend (like liberiangirl_mj said) and a teacher. He taught me to let go of my pride and perform, to dream big and know that anything's achievable! He made me love singing more and try and be as stubborn as possible until you get to the top! All the while, he's charming and handsome! Also, he's the main reason I love moustaches now!
He's been like my light in awful times. He's been there for me, not just his voice coming out if the radio, but I feel a connection to him. I think he's one of the very, VERY few people who everyone can feel a connection to. I sometimes talk to him, tell him I love him. Whenever I feel totally scared, or betrayed, or angry at the world, I know Freddie is there for me. I imagine him telling me to not be afraid, and everything is better. Who knows? Maybe he's really there.
I love you Freddie Mercury, with all my heart.

Freddie inspired me. You can be who you are, no matter what. Nobody can stop you. Freddie had such a carefree attitude, and I liked that.
