I would like to ask Psy for a picture with an autograph. How do I ask him?

I am a Dutch girl in a wheelchair and a very big fan of Psy. My biggest dream is to see Psy in real life in a concert, but flying to South Korea is not really possible due to my condition. That's why I would like to ask him an autograph and a picture. Do you know how I can ask him for an autograph? I can't seem to find an official website of Psy.
