Actor Amaury Nolasco makes an emergency trip to Puerto Rico after the death of his sister Deborah, 33.

Deborah, who suffered from a heart condition in childhood, died unexpectedly. The actor had to interrupt his work in Los Angeles in the series "Chase", which started working recently.

Upon his arrival at the island, Nolasco thanked in a press release samples of the public support and solidarity.

"These displays of affection mean a lot to our family and are a reminder of the heart that is my people," he said in the only statements made in this regard and in which he clarified that his sister's funeral will be private.

The cause of death remains unknown for the young 33 year old, who was working at the time of her death.

Nolasco lives in Los Angeles, where for 13 years he has worked as an actor.

Last year the artist spent some time on the island as part of his filming for "The Rum Diary," starring Johnny Depp. Amaury plays Segura, a man who has money but is always outstanding opportunities that can benefit.
