Who is the one behind the A team. I already know that Mona was helping A, but who is the actual A?

Then Alison kissed Noel and told Aria that he forced himself on her
Aria angrily went to the Poconos
Then Ali asked to recreate the night she killed Courtney
They said ok so they did it
Then Spencer and Aria woke up to find Ali gone. After Hanna and Emily woke up they smelt gasoline and panicked.
Ali slipped a letter under the door informing them of her evil deeds
They opened the closet to see Ian's rotting corpse under it was Melissa bound and gagged
Through a secret passageway they made it out. after they made it Emily opened the door

Cece drake and Alison are the red coats, and what I believe is "helping" out the girls.
So alison isn't with the A team.
The redcoats are masked because Alison is alive, and don't want anyone too know it.
But that's my theory.

I think that after Mona dies in season 5 episode 12 i think that ali starts to begin to be --A. I think that the --A team is
Ali,Melissa, Jenna, Mona, Toby, and,Spencer.
