Mojo Jojo, because both Blossom and Mojo Jojo are smart.

I'll say Him, Because They are both Clever, They are both Wearing Pink and Red.

They're both very proud and intelligent and often work hard to get what they want. They often want to be acknowledged by their intelligence and their productivity (why Mojo spends so much time inventing so many different variations to one machine and why Blossom tends to overstudy).

I know you'll disagree with me on this one, but let me remind me you. I'm entitled to opinion and if i don't feel like picking Mojo Jojo as an option, that's fine. And besides, i picked Fuzzy Lumpkins because he best represents the pink shade of her outfit.

I don't see how Him would be Blossom's counterpart at all despite similar color scheme. Him seems to be more of Bubbles' counterpart since they are both super feminine. Him is essentially the anti-Bubbles since he is super evil while Bubbles is very innocent. Also, in most episodes Him generally tries to single out Bubbles out of the three girls.
