At the Townsville Park, the citizens of Townsville were admiring Bubbles, the cute Powerpuff Girl.

Skinny Male Citizen: Aww.... aren't you the cutest Powerpuff Girl?
Bubbles: Yes, yes I am.
Female Citizen: You are cute even with your tough side, you little wittle Bubbles.
Bubbles: Yeah. [looks at watch] Well, I'm gonna go take a stroll. Bye! [walks away]
Citizens: Well isn't she cute?

Start of song; Bubbles walks down the sidewalk and looks at us as if she were breaking the fourth wall.

Bubbles: [singing] I'm cute, yes, it's true.
I really can't help it,
But what can I do?

When you're cute, it's so fair
With these two darling eyes
And adorable hair,

And a pretty blue dress
A black stripe on it, yes,
And when they see my dimples
Then everyone says...

Citizens: Aw, shoot!
[singing] Isn't she cute?!

The scene transitions to the next one with Blossom pushing the current screen offstage right and Buttercup pulling in the new one. Bubbles is now resting on top of a grand piano played by Miss Keane.

Blossom and Buttercup: [singing] Cute, cute,
Oh, isn't she cute?
Cute, cute!

Bubbles: [singing] I'm the one they adore.
I'm sweet and I'm cuddly
And small like a puppy
But Moore! It's a chore!

Next scene; Bubbles is flying through the sky

To be constantly cute
And enchanting to boot.

With my lips sticking out
In a cute little pout,
Then there just is no doubt
Why my sisters will shout...

Blossom and Buttercup: She's a beaut!

Bubbles: Let's face it, I'm cute!

Blossom and Buttercup: [singing] Cute, cute,
Oh, baby, she's cute!
Cute, cute!

Next scene; Bubbles is now standing in front of a large, open dictionary with her picture on it.

Bubbles: [singing] Being cute's a thing you can't hide.
If you look up the word
In a dictionary, I'm inside.
Townsville Guide has me on the cover.

Blossom and Buttercup: [bored] Don't you just love her?

Next scene; Bubbles and her sisters are now on a grass field. Bubbles is jump roping while an annoyed and bored Blossom and Buttercup swing the rope up and down to help her.

Bubbles: [singing] I'm like a big baby,

Blossom and Buttercup: [bored; singing] And she's got no rabies,

Bubbles: I'm the answer to one of the questions in Trivial Pursuit
For "Who's the most cute".

Blossom and Buttercup: [bored; singing] Cute, cute,
Oh, isn't she cute?
Cute, cute.

Next scene; Bubbles is now resting on her spot of their bed, surrounded by her plush animals and Octi.

Bubbles: [singing] I'm cute and I'm sweet
And I'm innocent, neat,
And so trusting.

Blossom and Buttercup: [fly in; bored; singing] If you want our opinion,
This song is becoming disgusting.

Next scene; Bubbles is now in the backyard of their house, wielding a flower in her hand.

Bubbles: I'm cute,

Blossom and Buttercup: [pop out of the flower; annoyed] So what?!

Next scene; Bubbles is now looking in the mirror in their bedroom.

Bubbles: [singing] I never am vain,

Blossom: [drops upside-down in front of the mirror; annoyed; singing] She's becoming a pain in the-

But before Blossom can say "butt", a cut to the next scene cuts her off, where we see Bubbles flying through the sky again, with her sisters. The first word in her verse completes Blossom's verse.

Bubbles: [singing] But I'm also real nice,
I'm a doll through and through,

Blossom and Buttercup: [bored; singing] So big whoop-de-doo.

Next scene; Bubbles is now on a swing with her sisters behind her.

Bubbles: [singing] I'm sweet and adoring,

Blossom and Buttercup: [swing Bubbles very high into the air; bored; singing] But also real boring,
And that's why we're snoring at you.

Finishing their verse, Blossom and Buttercup made a pose which looks like as if they were sleeping. The swing comes back, catching their attention, but no one appears to be on it. As the two sisters inspect the empty plaything, we slowly zoom out to see an angry Bubbles, with her arms folded. Man, she's way very mad thanks to her sisters making insults to her song. She then shouts out the following words which startles her sisters into attention.

Bubbles: That's it! You've ruined my entire cute song! I am angry!! I am furious!!! I AM ENRAGED!!!! I…HAVE…HAD IT!!!!!!!!! [pants in rage]

Blossom and Buttercup looked at their sister and then to each other. They had really gone too far, much like when they made fun of her when she got super-big glasses (link), or when she had to wear a cone after swallowing a bee (link). They really felt bad for her, so, with total shame and guilt in her heart, Blossom knelt down to Bubbles and spoke.

Blossom: Gee, Bubbles. [sighs] I might force myself to say this, but, you're awfully cute when you're angry.

Upon hearing what her sister said, Bubbles suddenly calmed down and spoke to Blossom in the happy-go-lucky voice she usually utilizes.

Bubbles: You really think so?
Buttercup: Yeah, and we're sorry we made fun of your cute song. We were just so annoyed about having to backup for you.
Bubbles: That's okay. I forgive you. Now, let's finish this song for Townsville!
Blossom and Buttercup: Yeah!

The girls then performed the grand finale as they danced to the beat of the music.

Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup: A babba dabba babba doo wow!

Blossom and Buttercup: She's cute!

Finally, to top everything all off, Bubbles jumped high into the air as her sisters linked each other's arms and held out their other arms up to catch her. They then strike a pose with their arms outstretched.
