Alpha and Beta sent fake love letters to all the girls at the school. On all the love letters they sent, they signed it from the guys at the school. Yes, even to the ppgz. However, Kaoru's love letter was the only letter that wasn't signed. Also, in the end of the chapter, Miyako thought about it and was sure Kaoru's love letter was real, but since it wasn't signed, she had no one who it was.
Since Alpha and Beta wrote fake love letters to all the girls, many fans are 100% sure it was either Alpha or Beta who wrote the letter, but since Beta is a girl, it was more logical that Alpha sent it (If the love letter was real, that is)
A few fans think that Alpha wrote the love letter and meant it, which explains why there was no name on the letter.
