I brought my mom home and introduced my friends to her. But that was the only thing that was interesting this weekend. Today is school, and I bet that everybody is going to talk about the attackers from the dance. I finished getting ready and said bye to my mom before leaving. I yawned as I got out of bed. "Man! What time is it?" I checked my clock. It was 4:00 a.m. "I never wake up this early. Maybe my clock is wrong." I checked outside. "I guess the clock is wrong."
"Kaoru, you're gonna be late for school!" Uh, oh. I didn't realize it was that late.
"Sorry, mom! My clock has the wrong time for some reason!" I ran downstairs and grabbed my things for school. "See ya guys!" I left and went to school. When I got there I explained to Miyako that I escaped, but I didn't tell her how. We both sat in our assigned seats.
