Never officially in the original show or PPGZ. In PPGD Blossom is currently w/ Dexter (shown below) and the RRB had only a few pages about them when Butch fought XJ-9. But it does show Boomer day dreaming about Bubbles a lil bit. So as of right now, they've only coupled up in fan fiction and fan art. (the picture below is from PPGD done by Bleedman. Just to make it clear, I'm not trying to steal anyone's artwork)
