Taking time to think over what I have to say, I take the time to write down the following.

ADAPTING “WARLEGGAN”

Do many fans of the current adaptation of Winston Graham’s “POLDARK” saga have an unnatural hatred of the character known as Elizabeth Chynoweth Poldark Warleggan? Or do they merely dislike her? Within the past year, I had developed a major interest in author Winston Graham's 1945-2002 "POLDARK" literary saga and the two television adaptations of it. Series One of the second adaptation produced by Debbie Horsfield, premiered on the BBC (in Great Britain) and PBS (in the United States) last year. Having seen both the original series and the newest version, as well as read a good amount of the books, it is safe to say that there are a lot of things wrong with the original PBS series. Don't get me wrong, I love Poldark, the story, the characters, and most of all the romance of Ross and Demelza. But why is it that Poldark (2015) surpasses it's predecessor with such flying colors, when in fact it was made when the author of the books was still alive and was in fact a consultant?
