Dialga is much better. If you were to go Palkia vs Dialga, Dialga would win with Roar of Time (It's Super Effective!)

Well, Dialga has more Sp. Attack than Palkia (base), but Palkia's Base Speed and probably special defense is better. Besides, @Quilava, I think that I saw that Dragon-type attacks aren't exactly 'Super Effective' against Palkia. But, I like Dialga WAY BETTER (Times is better than space).
