if you dont want to cheat then you only have a few options:

1. wait for an event at game and toys r us ( america only, but england r getting some E.G shaymin)

2. trade with a friend

3. this does happen, go to the city right at the end of the map to the right. each day go into the shop. i got shaymin ( oaks letter ) without using my ar! (action replay)

u can get action replay and use a cheat that when u go into the pokeshop u press l and r and the mailman gives u the azure flute or u could get the event to get the azure flute.

Through Mystery Gift! You should get the Azure Flute,then go to the top of Mt.Coronet then..... well just see!
