Pokémon Question

Has anyone gotten the eon ticket, mystic ticket,aurora ticket, or old sea map in pokemon emerald before? Did anyone get the azure flute, secret key, member card and oak's letter in pokemon platinum before?

If you have gotten those items before, please tell me where to find them. Thanks
