Hmmmm..... Seems like you have a glitch in your game. I don't have a straight on solution but you can Google (I mean Googlle. I know! They changed it!) something like Pokemon Spphire Glitch solutions or soething like that. Hope I helped! ^_^

It's because they don't paint contest winners in the museum. You know the frames that are on the wall in the Contest Hall? Search them, then you may happen to find a picture of your Gardevoir in the frame. Hope it's helpful.
