What is that movie in Pokémon Red/Blue/Yellow?

At the start of the game, when you talk to the TV in your mom's house, you say a movie is on it.

'There's a movie on TV. Four boys are walking on railroad tracks.'

This sounds really familiar, I wonder what movie it is... It's obviously a reference to a real movie. Does anyone on here know what movie it might be?

I think there's another Pokemon adventure game that references The Wizard Of Oz. It says when you face the TV and press A, "There's a movie on TV. A girl with pigtails…" I don't remember the rest, but I do know that there is only one movie character know to have pigtails-Dorothy from the Wizard Of Oz. Anyone else find this?
