In pokemon soulsilver, how do you get a celebi?

Yes I have heard of the mystery egg one and the stupid special events but is there anything else and I also want to know how to get a GS ball. I'M DESPERATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh yah, people If you don't know yet you can poke transker celebi onto white or black in the english version. From here you switch celebi to the front of your party and walk up to the 'Game Freak' building and you know how the girl on the first floor with the black hair shows you a pic of a zorua and the boy next to her is mysteriously and suspiciously silent? Believe it or not he is not even a boy! He is actually a zorua and that outragously explains why he only says '........'.
As far as I know I'm atleast 99% correct about my story causeone of myawesome friends got one.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!

In Soul Silver there's only one way to find a Celebi and that's through the Pal Park,Celebi is not obtainable in the wild..usually the Egg is a special Nintendo event and the GS Ball can only be obtained in the Japanese version of Crystal,in the english version of the games the GS ball is deemed unusable also there are indeed the Transfer Machine/Relocator but there's three phrases you have to enter in order for it work...hopefully that helped a little bit.

That really helped though I do not have some of the previous games to be able to connect through to Pal Park

This question does not matter any more cause i have a zorua and today it evolved by accident into a zoroark
