Pokémon Question

How come Dawn didn't get a new outfit?

I know that Misty and May both got a new outfit when they returned for a few episodes.
So why didn't Dawn get one? I just don't get it.

Yep Kasumi/Misty and Haruka/May did get new outfits and I was very surprised that Hikari-chan/Dawn didn't get a new one..the only idea that I came up with is that they wanted to change it up a little bit and not give her a new outfit like they with the previous two.
