What's a pokemon named Genesect? and is it strong?

It's a 5th Generation Pokemon Bug/Steel.

Genesect was revived from a Fossil and technologically enhanced by Team Plasma to create the most powerful Pokémon ever. N had the project cancelled and the P2 Laboratory closed because he felt that Pokémon, who he thought to be perfect beings, would lose their beauty if modified by science. However, Scientist Dudley kept working on it, angry that N denied his talent. This scientist reconstructed Genesect and installed the cannon on its back.

It's Signature Move is "Techno Blast"
The move can change type depending upon what "Drive" it holds.

Drives are special Items which only help Genesect they can change the type of "Techno Blast" from Normal to another of four different types:

Douse Drive=Water

It's a prehistoric Pokemon resurrected by Team Plasma who modified it to give it the cannon on its back. It is Bug/Steel type, it's a legendary, is currently unobtainable in current games its signature move is Techno Blast and had a base stat total of 600:
