Whats your Favorate Rare (Non-Legendary) pokemon?

Mine is Dragonair and lucario there Awesome.
Dragonair is like the dragon King
Lucario is like the Aura king

I don't know what constitutes 'rare'...hmmm

Eifie/Espeon! It's not very common unless you evolve an Eievui/Eevee by happiness in the morning/afternoon and it can not be found in the wild although it's one of two starters in Colosseum.

yeah its rare. cause its so hard to make kirla evolve into it. (you have to use a shiny or a Dusk stone i think) but i got one in platinum
