HONEST ANSWERS PLEASE

As far as I'm concerned, I stopped liking Pokemon after the Johto League... It just got annoying after that. I also don't like any of the games past Gold and Silver, as well as the original ones: Blue, Red and Yellow. I liked the Trading card game as well, but that's it.

I can honestly say I loved every Pokemon generation each was different and fun to watch..well Diamond and Pearl for me was amazing I loved (and I mean loved XD) Hikari-chan/..er Dawn and Shirona-san/Cynthia a lot and it was a fun generation I thought many of the episodes where entertaining not one bored me at all I was always interested in watching it and seeing the new episodes I always couldn't wait until Saturday to watch the anime so the anime no..Diamond & Pearl video games might be different I loved Platinum strangely..it was the same as D/P but there were some differences but I have Diamond but I keep saying I want to play it but I never do..it just never had the same feel for me in the game after my first Pearl and something happened in it that kind of shined me down on the game I guess that's the root in the video games..I love the Sinno/Sinnoh region and I loved DP Manga as well so I don't feel Pokemon went downhill at all,in fact,I think from that generation it got better!

I honestly liked all of them (the show and video games) Hoen was probably my favorite though. My least favorite in both the show and video game was black and white, although I still liked it. Just not as much as the others.

This is how I would rank the show
Hoen, Johto, Sinnoh, Kanto, then Unova

video games are ranked the same.

(I didn't count video games like mystery dungeon in my rankings, although I liked many of those as well)

Well thats more opinion based. Are you refering to the video game or the anime of diamond and pearl? I think the anime of diamond and pearl was not too bad but not the most entertaining. The video game however was pretty dull compared to some of the other games. Though with the new anime and video game of black and white I think its majorly improving . I'm just being honest so please dont strike me down for my opinion (:

I liked Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn... after that I didn't play any of the games, the graphics were weird, etc.

Anime: Haven't seen it all but maybe.
Games: I didn't find Diamon/Pearl/Platinum boring but out of the main series
Manga: Since the end of the Hoenn arc, Pokemon Adventures has never been that great.

no that gen is my favorite because for 1 therethey had a pretty cool team on there then there was a lot of good and powerful pokemon so in really its not boring at all

This one depends for me. I'm neutral on the games. I enjoyed playing diamond/pearl/platinum, as I always enjoy the games, but the anime wasn't worth watching. I loved the third generation, but once it got to sinnoh, I found it difficult to watch the new episode every week. They had their upsides, of course, but generally I found it rather disinteresting. The manga, on the other hand, is one of my favorite generations. It's my second favorite one, with hoenn, of course, being my first. The legends and plotline in platinum was great and engaging.
All in all, I'm neutral on the 4th generation. Could be better, but could definitely be worse.

In my opinion it did go a little down hill in the anime but i still watched it cause i'm a true pokemon fan.The games are my least favorites but they had a nice story and i still very much enjoyed them.The D/P/P arc of pokemon adventures is my third favorite arc.So overall its my least favorite region but i did enjoy it.But its just my opinion its not to good because i guess i'm one of those screwy people who Johto is their favorite region.

Yeah, I hated the Sinnoh region (anime, at least). I only liked it because of Cynthia, and also 'cause it was Brock's last time to be in the series traveling with Ash, but that's it.
The game was okay because it gave me the option to be ANYONE BUT DAWN. (And by that, I meant to be LUCAS.) Surprisingly I enjoyed Lucas--from the game and manga.
To answer you completely, AninditaS, yes, you're right. The Diamond and Pearl generation WAS the most boring. *groan* For me, I got the impression Dawn ruined everything. Well, anyway, I hoped Iris would make up for the BORE I felt watching Ash's Sinnoh exploits.

Well NO! It really wasn't the most boring gen. to me. The Anime not very boring. I loved the game and the Manga. It was not the best Manga. I actually think gen. 5 (aka Unova) was the most boring... I don't like Iris a lot and Cilan seems unoriginal.
